Who is responsible

LNP Technologies (LNP) is responsible for the contact information it receives when you ask about Trinetra, request a licence or service quote, or ask to be contacted through a Marketplace listing. For privacy questions or requests, email operations@lnptechnologies.com.

Information we receive

Depending on how you contact us, we may receive your name, work email address, company, message, selected package or delivery model, requested project and resource counts, validation scope, and any other details you choose to provide. We also create a request reference and record submission and delivery status.

To protect the request form from misuse, we process network information such as your IP address and keep a hashed identifier for rate limiting. Our hosting and security providers may also process standard technical logs, such as request time, browser or device information, and IP address. If you use Google Cloud Marketplace to request contact, Google sends us the information you submit through its contact feature.

Please do not include passwords, credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential production data in a contact or quote request.

How we use it

• Respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, and prepare or discuss a licence or service quote.
• Assess requested scope, provide support, and manage a prospective or existing business relationship.
• Prevent spam, investigate abuse or delivery failures, secure the website, and maintain necessary business records.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these uses rely on your request and steps toward a contract, our legitimate interests in responding and securing our services, or a legal obligation. We do not treat a quote request as consent to unrelated marketing emails.

Where the information goes

Relevant LNP personnel may review your request. We use service providers, including Google Cloud, Firebase, and Google Workspace, to host the website, store limited request metadata, and deliver request emails. We may share information with professional advisers or authorities where necessary and legally appropriate. We do not sell your contact information.

Those providers or LNP personnel may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other legal safeguards for international transfers. Google separately handles information collected by Google Cloud Marketplace under Google's own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence and quote information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the business relationship, meet legal or accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. Request-status and abuse-prevention records are retained only as needed for those purposes and may expire separately. You can ask us to delete information that we no longer need to retain.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, subject to applicable law. Email operations@lnptechnologies.com with your request. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.

Security and changes

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards to protect enquiry information, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. We may update this notice as our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
